The Client: Smirnoff
The Challenge: To create a money-can’t-buy, completely unique competition prize for Smirnoff’s ‘Diamond’ campaign, which was consistent with the luxury feel of the promotion.
The Solution: We decided there was only one destination in the world that would combine money-can’t-buy experiences, unforgettable landscapes and the opportunity to have a hands-on diamond experience - the remote West Coast of Australia. Once there, the winners took an incredible helicopter trip to the Kimberley Diamond Mine, where they extracted diamonds that had existed deep below the Earth’s surface and were even able to keep the stunning gems they had unearthed.
Alongside this we also included a series of unique adrenaline activities, from hovercrafting along deserted beaches to dune buggy racing around the stunningly scenic area of the mine, to crank up the ‘wow factor’ within a truly unforgettable trip.
The Feedback: “The promotion worked so well for us we decided to increase the number of trips on offer”.
