The Client: Vodafone

The Challenge: To manage a six-month long sales incentive program for Sony-Ericsson that required tiers of prizes to reward at different levels of achievement.

Our Solution: We created a platform of prizes that would inspire at all levels. At entry level were retail vouchers and plasma TVs and the headline grabber with the title of ‘Havana Gold’ was a once-in-a-lifetime Cuba experience. Staying at the best hotel in town, we organized a tour of Havana in a genuine 1950’s car, two tickets to the Tropicana Cabaret and a taster trip to the famous cigar factory at Vinales, as well as some time spent on the paradise beaches of the Caribbean coast for a truly unforgettable experience.
